Important! Please note that transit of international mail can currently experience delays that are beyond our control because of COVID-19 repercussions. Due to the ever-changing nature of such repercussions around the world we may get in touch after receiving a purchase order to discuss alternative shipping arrangements or to cancel an order and offer a refund.

Orders

· Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after an online purchase is made.
· You will receive a confirmation email when your order is processed.
· When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
· Receipt of any Order Confirmation does not signify our acceptance of an order, nor it creates any binding purchase contract. We may at any time after receipt of an order accept it or decline it.

Delivery

· All artworks and books ship worldwide.
· Delivery takes 7-10 business days, but can take longer depending on the country of destination.
· Artworks and books are shipped with a courier company to the address indicated during payment.
· Artworks ship securely packed in a container fit for artwork transportation, either flat or rolled in a tube.
· A certificate of authenticity signed by the author, Diego Berjón, is included with every artwork.
· All artworks are shipped unframed unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs

· Artworks: Free shipping worldwide.
· Books: Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Payment

· All prices are listed in Mexican pesos (MX$).
· Credit card payments are processed with Stripe. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.

Import duties & taxes

· Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the prices shown on this site.
· Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred, and are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions at the country of destination.
· Diego Berjón and the site diegoberjon.com cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on any order, nor can we accept a return of the order given the case.

Returns

· All sales are final and no returns are accepted.
· Please note that one-of-a-kind artworks that are damaged in transit cannot be replaced.
· Diego Berjón and diegoberjon.com are not responsible for any damages to any artworks, books or other products while in transit.

· Be adviced that the site diegoberjon.com, is set to be a platform to preserve the life and integrity of Diego Berjón’s work, and that the artist himself, as owner of the site, reserves the right, at any and all times, to refuse to sell any of his artworks, books or any other products through it.
· Be informed that the artist can therefore cancel any Purchase Order made on this site for reasons such as the purpose of the purchase, the country of destination, or because of any concerns he might have about what the individual, company, institution or entity making a purchase intends to do with his work.
· In the event of a Purchase Order cancelation for one of the aforementioned reasons, or any other reason, the buyer will receive a timely notification via email and a full refund.
